To get you through the end of this hot summer I've created a popsicle for your ears.
1. I Do Not Hook Up - Kelly Clarkson...Because face it, I don't.
2. Hold It In - Jukebox the Ghost...I stole this from B-ragg, the credit is not my own.
3. Battlefield - Jordin Sparks...Berge said this would be the song of the summer. She was right.
4. Nine in the Afternoon - Panic at the Disco...another steal from B-ragg. I like the sound.
5. Better - Regina Spektor...I downloaded a lot of Regina on lala.com (which I recommend) and this is my favorite of hers.
6. Hit the Spot - Leslie Mendelson...I have no idea where this song came from. It was possibly the iTunes free download
7. Poison & Wine - The Civil Wars...If Joy and John Paul come to a town near you, go see them.
8. California Waiting - Kings of Leon...I don't think you'd hear this song on one of their new albums. It's a totally different sound but I love it.
9. That's Not My Name - The Ting Tings...Berge and I love this one apparently. It may be the new "Easy Like a Sunday Morning" which I used to put on every playlist.
10. Bestia - Hello Seahorse!...Another free download on iTunes. This may sound lame but I've found some great finds.
11. Buttons - The Weeks...This is only song I know from The Weeks. I heard it on the Kings of Leon Pandora station, which is AWESOME. I love this song.
So to recap, go to Lala.com, listen to the Kings of Leon station on Pandora.com and keep rockin' in the free world.
Like my new sunnies? Kidding, this was what I wore for my Harry Potter nap.
